Thanks for your interest in WSCEC!  For questions about WSCEC not answered here on the website, please contact our Intake and Events Coordinator, Jessica Rolf, at

There are 2 ways to register. Please make sure you have read and understand our Statement of Faith and our Mission Statement (under the "About Us" tab above), the Member Expectations (under the "Expectations" tab above) and our Policy Manual (under the "Policies" tab above.)

Effective Fall 2015 all new registrants are required to submit a Childline Child Abuse History Clearance and a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check that are less than 5 years old from date of registration.  These can be copies of clearances you have obtained at church or from a similar organization, or you can go online and get them yourself.  As these are for a volunteer position, they are free.  You can go to the following websites-
and for the State Police

1.)  Click on the registration link to register online for the co-op.  No registration is considered complete until the dues payment is received.  You will need to fill out the class selection form separately once classes are available (you will be contacted).

2.)  Print out the registration form (includes a section for choosing your classes*) below and mail it in with your dues check.

Dues checks should be made out to WSCEC for 45.00 (for the semester) and mailed to Brelle Perkins @ 5435 Springtide Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17111.

*Lab fees, if any, for classes you choose, would be listed in the class descriptions and confirmed on the family class sheet you will receive shortly after selecting classes, are due to the Treasurer by Back to Co-op Day.  Again, checks should be made out to WSCEC and "lab fees" written in the memo line.  Thank you.

Once you have registered please add the dates for the Semester (listed in the dashboard to the left-scroll down if you don't see them) to your calendar. You are COMMITTING to attend all co-op sessions as well as Family Night. Once you commit, we are counting on you being there. We understand that Emergencies happen and sometimes people NEED to miss a co-op, but please do not schedule vacations on co-op dates.

Additionally, attendance is required for all members at our Annual Business Meeting, usually the evening of the Fall Back to Co-op Day, from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  Child care is not provided and only nursing infants will be allowed.

If you should have any further questions after registering, please contact Brelle Perkins by phone at 717-671-4912 or by email at

For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit, because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men. Romans 14:17 -18
